Welcome to the Orchard Neighborhood District
The Orchard Neighborhood District is located in part of Bend often referred to as Midtown, spans north to Canal Row Park, west to the US 97 Parkway, south to Franklin Avenue and east to Pilot Butte. Why “Orchard?” In the 1930s, the area behind what is now Wagner Mall was an apple orchard!
Mission: To act as a central resource for the Orchard District Neighborhood, connecting residents and members together, and representing their interests.
District Location and Map
The Orchard Neighborhood District is bordered by Pilot Butte, the railroad and US 97 Parkway, Franklin Avenue, and Butler Market Road. includes the central northeast part of Bend known as Midtown, the Bend Central District, and Juniper and Hollinshead parks.
