The Neighborhood Leadership Alliance (NLA) is an inactive advisory committee of the Bend City Council.

The Neighborhood Leadership Alliance (NLA) was created to provide a direct and continuing means for neighborhood constituent participation and input to the City Council from a neighborhood and community perspective. NLA membership consisted of one member representing each of the 13 recognized Neighborhood Districts in Bend. The NLA was paused in June 2023 by the Bend City Council to pursue alternative forms of community engagement with the neighborhoods.
