You can contact our Permit Center anytime from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Our team is ready to answer your questions via email, in person, or over the phone. No need to make an appointment—walk-ins are always welcome.

The City of Bend only accepts payment of fees for permits, registrations, and licenses via the following methods:
- Through the Online Permit Center Portal.
- At the Permit Center counter in City Hall.
- Via USPS mail.
