Weekly Road and Traffic Report for the Week of February 9 – 15

NW Bond Street

NW Bond Street between NW Greenwood Avenue and NW Wall Street for work related
to the Deschutes County Courthouse, single lane closure with lane shift,
February 11.

Ferguson Road

Ferguson Road between Magnolia Drive and 27th Street will have infrastructure
upgrades, single lane closure with eastbound traffic only, February 2 – May
29.

Bear Creek Road

Bear Creek Road between Dantili Way and the canal crossing to the east for
infrastructure work, full road closure with detour, February 2 – Early April.

SE Daly Estates Drive

SE Daly Estates Drive between SE Reed Market Road and SE Capella Place for
street infrastructure installation, full road closure with local access only,
January 22 – February 27.

Magnolia Lane

Magnolia Lane between Hearthstone Lane and Ferguson Road will have
infrastructure improvements, full road closure with local access only, October
6 – March 27.

Butler Market Corridor Improvements

This project will design and construct a new single lane roundabout at the
intersection of Butler Market Road and Wells Acres Road, and pedestrian and
bicycle improvements on Butler Market Road between Boyd Acres Road and Brinson
Boulevard. Project is anticipated to occur from September 22 – Late fall 2026.
Roadway impact: Butler Market Road between NE Brinson Boulevard and NE
8th Street will have a westbound lane closure with detour.

Olney Avenue Improvements

This project is installing critical water & sewer pipe upgrades as well as
transportation safety improvements along Olney Avenue.
Roadway impact: Olney Avenue (east of NW Wall Street to NE Second Street)
will remain closed through February 11, 2026.
Olney Avenue Improvements Project

NW Harriman Street

NW Harriman Street between NW Kearney Avenue and NW Greenwood Avenue for
infrastructure work associated with the Deschutes County Courthouse, full road
closure.
Work schedules are dependent on weather conditions and other factors. Always
exercise increased caution within construction zones. Drivers should use
designated detour routes. Nearby residential streets are for local traffic
only.
Any road closure not listed within this report, please submit a service
request to notify the city of any potentially unpermitted work within City
right of way. Please visit the Transportation and Mobility
Department
to submit.
