The Awbrey Butte Neighborhood District seeks to provide those living or working on beautiful Awbrey Butte with an opportunity to obtain relevant information about current City matters and, if so inclined, to express themselves and otherwise become involved in fostering a healthy, thriving and engaged neighborhood and City. Mission: The Awbrey Butte Neighborhood District strives to inform, consult with and involve our registered ABND members with regard to City matters that affect their lives and the livability of their community.
District Location and Map
The Awbrey Butte Neighborhood District occupies the prominent hillside area in northwest Bend. Centered around Awbrey Butte, Awbrey Glen, and River’s Edge, the district overlooks the Deschutes River and downtown Bend, with neighborhoods extending west toward Bend’s upland forests and trail networks.
