Welcome to the Larkspur Neighborhood District
The Larkspur Neighborhood District extends from midtown east, toward 27th Street. Hidden gems in Larkspur include the Larkspur and Coyner trails, the Franklin Community Gardens, and Ponderosa Park.
Mission: To enhance the livability of the area by establishing and maintaining an open line of communication and liaison between the neighborhood, the City of Bend, other participating agencies, and other neighborhoods.
District Location and Map
The Larkspur Neighborhood District extends from Highway 20 and Franklin Street to the north, just past 27th Street to the east, Reed Market Road to the south, and Highway 97 to the west.
