NW Bond Street

NW Bond Street between NW Wall Street and NW Greenwood Avenue for work related to the Deschutes County Courthouse, single lane closure with lane shift, April 13 – 24 from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

SW Colorado Avenue

SW Colorado Avenue between NW Bond Street and NW Staats Street for utility work, single lane closure with lane shift, April 20 – May 8, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

NE 18th Street

NE 18th Street between Primrose Place and Morningstar drive for exploratory potholing, single lane closure with flagging, April 20, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

NW Columbia Street

NW Columbia Street between NW Galveston Avenue and NW Harmon Boulevard for water utility work, shoulder work with lane shift, April 20 – 24, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Fargo Lane

Fargo Lane between Perrigan Drive and Orion Drive for sewer installation work for the City’s King Hezekiah and Fargo Sewer Project.
* Fargo Lane between Perrigan Drive and Orion Drive will be closed with local and emergency access only, April 3 – June 30.

NE Purcell Boulevard

NE Purcell Boulevard between US Highway 20 and Bear Creek Road for infrastructure installations, full road closure with detour, March 30 – May 29.

Intersection of SW Atwood Drive and Ponderosa Street

Intersection of SW Atwood Drive and Ponderosa Street for stormwater and water main infrastructure work, full closure of the intersection with detour, February 23 – End of May.

Ponderosa Street

Ponderosa Street at the intersection with SW Atwood Drive will have stormwater and water infrastructure installation, full road closure with detour, February 23 – May 29.

Ferguson Road

Ferguson Road between Magnolia Drive and 27th Street will have infrastructure upgrades, single lane closure with eastbound traffic only, February 2 – May 29.

Bear Creek Road

Bear Creek Road between Dantili Way and the canal crossing to the east for infrastructure work, full road closure with detour, February 2 – Mid April.

Magnolia Lane

Magnolia Lane between Hearthstone Lane and Ferguson Road will have infrastructure improvements, full road closure with local access only, October 6 – April 30.

Butler Market Corridor Improvements

This project will design and construct a new single lane roundabout at the intersection of Butler Market Road and Wells Acres Road, and pedestrian and bicycle improvements on Butler Market Road between Boyd Acres Road and Brinson Boulevard. Project is anticipated to occur from September 22 – Late fall 2026.
Roadway impacts:
* Butler Market Road between NE Brinson Boulevard and NE 8th Street will have a westbound lane closure with detour.
Butler Market Road Project

NW Harriman Street

NW Harriman Street between NW Kearney Avenue and NW Greenwood Avenue for infrastructure work associated with the Deschutes County Courthouse, full road closure through April 27.

FUTURE ROAD CLOSURES

SE Wilson Avenue

SE Wilson Avenue between SE Centennial Street and SE 9th Street for rail, roadway, and sidewalk infrastructure installation. Full road closure with
detour. Estimated closure Late April to Early July. Updated dates will be provided when BNSF (the railroad company) gets the city the schedule.

SE 15th Street

SE 15th Street at the intersection with SE Bronzewood Avenue will have asphalt paving, lane closure with flagging, April 28th, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Work schedules are dependent on weather conditions and other factors. Always exercise increased caution within construction zones. Drivers should use designated detour routes. Nearby residential streets are for local traffic only.

Any road closure not listed within this report, please submit a service request to notify the city of any potentially unpermitted work within City
right of way. Please visit the Transportation and Mobility Department to submit.
