Monthly Revenue Reports

The Monthly Revenue Report is a summary of the City’s major revenue sources in terms of actual to budget variances as well as projected trends and total estimated fiscal year-end revenue.

The City provides over 20 different operations and programs to the citizens of Bend, supporting each with taxes, fees and charges, grants and other miscellaneous revenues. The following budget documents show where the City’s revenues come from, and how it is utilized.

Monthly Financial Statement Reports

The Monthly Financial Statement Reports include budget to actual financial information and variance explanations for city-wide revenues and expenditures. June financials are excluded due to timing and inclusion in our year-end ACFR financials.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports

Each year, the Finance Department prepares a financial report of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenditures in accordance with the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and financial reporting standards. This financial report is called the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. The Annual Financial Report describes what actually was spent and the status of assets and liabilities at the end of the fiscal year. For the City of Bend, fiscal year end is June 30.
