Urban Renewal Advisory Board Meeting #6
The next Urban Renewal Advisory Board (URAB) meeting is scheduled for Miércoles, Diciembre 11 from Noon – 3 p.m. at the Bend Municipal Court located at 555 NE 15th Street.
The URAB #6 Meeting Agenda and Packet are now posted on the URAB webpage. At this meeting, the Board will discuss a summary of the Draft Urban Renewal Finance Plan to determine financial feasibility of forming a new Urban Renewal District in the Core Area as well as the Draft Implementation Plan for the Core Area including a summary of implementation actions intended to support the vision and guiding principles for the area.
- Keep in mind parking for the meeting is limited. Parking is available across the street at Lava Lanes parking lot, northwest corner. (see link for map).
- Please allow enough time to park and walk across to the Court and please be careful crossing 15th.

In addition, the City Council directed staff to proceed with developing development code amendments for the Bend Central District code (PZ-19-861), based on a recommendation from URAB.
The City will host a joint work session with the Planning Commission at their meeting on Lunes, Diciembre 9 in Council Chambers to review proposed amendments.
The Work Session is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. More information can be found on the Planning Commission Diciembre 9 Agenda.
