    We offer several options for community members to address issues in Bend. You can report code violations, contact the police for non-emergencies, or use our Bend Works system to report and track various public concerns.

    Plan your visit to City offices and service counters. Some services are available by appointment. Many services are also available online.

    Holiday Closures

    City administrative offices and most service counters are closed on the following dates:

    Day After Thanksgiving
    Christmas Day

    Note: If a holiday falls on a weekend, observed closure dates may shift. Check current alerts for any changes.

    Language and Accessibility

    You can obtain information from the City in alternate formats such as Braille, electronic format, etc. Free language assistance services are also available.

    All requests are subject to vendor processing times and should be submitted 48-72 hours in advance of events.
