PLSPD20210316 Type Ill Quasi-judicial amendment to Bend Development Code Chapter 2.7, Special Planned Districts, to create the Stevens Ranch Master Planned Development; a 375.4-acre Major Community Master Plan, with a mix of residential and commercial uses, including approximately 237 gross acres of residential plan designations with an elementary school site and parks and open space, approximately 46 gross acres of commercial plan designations, and approximately 93 gross acres of industrial plan designations, including one large 50-acre industrial lot.
