Actualización del estado de facturación a mediados de febrero

Diciembre usage bills are currently in progress.  Bills will have a Enero date and will begin arriving in mid-Febrero. They will continue to be delivered throughout the month and into early Marzo, depending on billing cycle.

Billing delays are on-going however progress is being made to realign with the standard billing schedule.

Por el momento, no se están aplicando recargos por demora ni por impago. Actualmente, no se están llevando a cabo cortes en el suministro de agua. Mientras persistan los retrasos, rogamos a los clientes que no tengan en cuenta la fecha de vencimiento indicada y que efectúen el pago en un plazo de 30 días a partir de la recepción de la factura.

Included in these are quarterly stormwater bills for residential customers who pay only stormwater fees to the City of Bend.  These bills include charges for Octubre, noviembre and Diciembre. Please see your bill for specific dates if you started or stopped service within these months.
