• NE Olney Avenue between NE Fourth Street and NE Fifth Street for tree trimming (power line safety), eastbound road closure with detour, Dec. 4, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.

• NW Crossing Tree Lighting (special event) – Occurring Dec. 5, 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Full road closure with detour (listed below).
  • NW Crossing Drive between Mount Washington Drive and NW Fort Clatsop Street (Circle).

• Holiday Parade (special event) – Parade will have various road closures in and around downtown (listed below). The event will occur Sábado, Dec. 7.
  • NW Wall Street between NW Newport Avenue and NW Franklin Avenue.
  • NW Riverside Boulevard between NW Wall Street and NW Galveston Avenue
  • NW Galveston Avenue between NW Tumalo Avenue and NW Harmon Boulevard
  • NW Harmon Boulevard between NW Galveston Avenue and NW Newport Avenue
  • NW Newport Avenue between NW Harmon Boulevard and NW Wall Street

• SW Century Drive between SW Simpson Avenue and SW Colorado Avenue for mini roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, Sept. 9 – Dec. 13.

• Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project, Phase 2 – This project will provide water distribution system upgrades to the Awbrey Butte area with eight interrelated water improvement subprojects. For more information, visit the Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project website.
  • Portland Avenue from Ninth to First: Full road closure and local access only lasting through winter. Detour to use Ninth Street to Newport Avenue to Wall Street. To be opened Dec. 6-8 (weekend) for the Holiday Parade Detour.

• Midtown Crossing Project (Second Street work) – A multiphase project that will replace the water main from Greenwood Avenue to Franklin Avenue in preparation for the full reconstruction occurring next spring. Phase 2 – 4 occurs from Oct. 21 – Spring 2025. Northbound lane closure with local access will occur in its entirety. Current road section work listed below.   • Second Street between NE Irving Avenue and NE Greeley Avenue

• NW Harriman Street between NW Kearney Avenue and NW Greenwood Avenue for infrastructure work associated with the Deschutes County Courthouse, full road closure, began julio 24.
