For the Week of Febrero 10 – 16:

• Mejoras para peatones y ciclistas en Olney – This project will replacement sewer and water main infrastructure while also updating bicycle & pedestrian infrastructure along Olney Avenue/Portland Avenue between the Portland Avenue bridge and Second Street. The work began Feb. 3 – Fall 2025. For more information, visit the project website here. A full intersection closure (with detour) will occur to begin the project with the closed street sections listed below.   • NW Wall Street between NW Revere Avenue and NW Lafayette Avenue.
  • NW Portland Avenue between NW First Street and NW Wall Street.
  • NW Olney Avenue between NW Wall Street and NE Second Street.

• Brosterhous Road between Rolen Avenue and Frankie Lane will have an infrastructure installation, full road closure with detour, Feb. 10 – 19.

• NW Franklin Avenue between NW Hill Street to NE First Street will have a geotechnical bore exploration, single lane closure with flagging, Feb.12 – 13, 7 p.m. – 6 a.m.

• Parrell Road between Badger Road and Silver Sage Street will have striping removal, center lane closure, Feb. 10- 13.

• Intersection of Bear Creek Road and Pettigrew Road will have power pole replacements, four-way flagging of the intersection, Jan. 30 – Feb. 14.

• Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project, Phase 2 – This project will provide water distribution system upgrades to the Awbrey Butte area with eight interrelated water improvement subprojects. For more information, visit the Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project website.
  • Portland Avenue from Ninth Street to First Street: Full road closure and local access only lasting through winter. Detour to use Ninth Street to Newport Avenue to Wall Street.

• Midtown Crossing Project (Second Street work) – A multiphase project that will replace the water main from Greenwood Avenue to Franklin Avenue in preparation for the full reconstruction occurring next spring. Phase 2 – 4 occurs from Oct. 21 – Spring 2025. Northbound lane closure with local access will occur in its entirety. Current road section work listed below.   • Second Street between NE Irving Avenue and NE Greeley Avenue.

• NW Harriman Street between NW Kearney Avenue and NW Greenwood Avenue for infrastructure work associated with the Deschutes County Courthouse, full road closure, began julio 24.
