• SE Ferguson Road between Ferguson Court and Magnolia Lane for infrastructure work, single lane closure with flagging, Mayo 19 – junio 6.
• SW Reed Market Road between SW Alderwood Circle and the Bend Parkway for a transformer move, flagging will occur while the transformer is transported, Mayo 20th, 9 AM – 10 PM.
• NE Fourth Street between NE Olney Avenue and NE Penn Avenue for final striping, Mayo 19 – 20, 8:30 AM – 4 PM.
• NE Revere Avenue between NE Eighth Street and NE Seventh Street for street paving, single lane closure with flagging, Mayo 20, 9 AM – 12 PM.
• NW Costco Drive between NW Robal Lane and NW Henry Avenue for blasting activities adjacent to right-of-way, full road closure with detour, Mayo 20 – 22.
• Intersection of NE 18th Street and NE Brinson Boulevard for a franchise utility installation, 4-way flagging of the intersection, Mayo 19th, 8:30 AM – 4 PM.
• NE Cooley Road between Vogt Road and N Highway 97 for street paving, single lane closure with flagging, Mayo 22, 9 AM – 3:30 PM.
• SE Logsden Street between SE Woodland Boulevard and SE Glenwood Drive for infrastructure installations, full road closure with detour, Mayo 5 – 23.
• China Hat Road between Knott Road and Mountain High Drive for a canal piping project, full road closure with detour, begins Abril 28 – Mayo 23.
• Intersection of Deschutes Market Road and NE Yeoman Road for roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, Abril 14th – julio 2025.
• 2025 Street Preservation – Street preservation kicks off with valve adjustments prior to asphalt restoration. Various Streets will have this work occurring with various lane & street closures during its duration (expect delays). Work to occur Mayo 12 – 30. Roads affected are listed below. Work will occur during early morning hours, 4 AM – 7 AM. Learn more at the Street Preservation webpage.
  • NE Eighth St between NE Butler Market Road and NE Greenwood Avenue.
  • NE Purcell Boulevard between Paula Drive and NE Greenwood Avenue.
  • Jamison Road north of Empire Avenue.
  • NE Cooley Road between highway 97 and NW Costo Drive.
• City of Bend Street Paving – The City of Bend Transportation and Mobility Department (TMD) will be doing some street paving on Bend’s westside. Expect road closures with local access for the duration of work. Work is anticipated to begin Abril 14th. Affected Roads listed below:
  • NW 15th Street between NW Ithaca Avenue and NW Kingston Avenue.
  • NW Jacksonville Avenue between NW 15th Street and NW Kingston Avenue.
  • NW Lexington Avenue between NW 14th Street and NW Kinston Avenue.
  • NW Union Avenue between NW Newport Avenue and NW Lexington Avenue.
  • NW Cumberland Avenue between NW 14th Street and NW 15th Street.
• Mejoras para peatones y ciclistas en Olney – This project will install updated bicycle & pedestrian infrastructure along Olney Avenue and Portland Avenue between the Portland Avenue bridge and Second Street. Replacement sewer and water mains will also be installed with this project. The work began Feb. 3 – Fall 2025. • Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project, Phase 2 – This project will provide water distribution system upgrades to the Awbrey Butte area with eight interrelated water improvement subprojects. For more information, visit the Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project website.
  • Portland Avenue from Ninth Street to First Street: Full road closure and local access only lasting through winter. Detour to use Ninth Street to Newport Avenue to Wall Street.
  • Ninth Street to Portland Avenue: Work under flagging for the installation of catch basins. To be determined on exact date – weather dependent.

• Midtown Crossing Project (Second Street work) – A multiphase project that will replace the water main from Greenwood Avenue to Franklin Avenue in preparation for the full reconstruction occurring next spring. Phase 2 – 4 occurs from Oct. 21 – Spring 2025. Southbound lane closure with local access will occur in its entirety. Current road section work listed below.   • Second Street between NE Irving Avenue and NE Greeley Avenue.

• NW Harriman Street between NW Kearney Avenue and NW Greenwood Avenue for infrastructure work associated with the Deschutes County Courthouse, full road closure, began julio 24, 2024

• SE 27th Street between Stevens Road and Ferguson Road for sewer main and roundabout construction, full road closure with bypass road, Completion end of Mayo 2025.
  • Shoulder work along SE 27th Street, north of SE Ferguson Road for asphalt taper installation.

• NE Cooley Road sidewalk closure on the north side of the street between NE 18th Street and Ranch Village Drive for the construction of NE Andesite Street, Marzo 17 through late Mayo 2025. Lane shift on NE Cooley Road between NE 18th Street and Ranch Village Drive for water line work, Abril 30- Mayo 30.
