For the Week of noviembre 11 – 17:

• Desfile del Día de los Veteranos (evento especial) – Parade will have various road closures in and around downtown (listed below). The event will take place on Lunes, Nov. 11.
  • NW Wall Street between NW Newport Avenue and NW Franklin Avenue.
  • NW Riverside Boulevard entre NW Wall Street y NW Galveston Avenue.
  • Avenida NW Galveston, entre la avenida NW Tumalo y el bulevar NW Harmon.

• Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project, Phase 2 – This project will provide water distribution system upgrades to the Awbrey Butte area with eight interrelated water improvement subprojects. For more information, visit the Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvements Project website.
  • Saginaw Avenue from West Hills Road to Juniper Street: Intermittent Closure under flagging for paving.
  • Juniper Avenue from Saginaw Avenue to Trenton Avenue: Intermittent Closure under flagging for paving.
  • Trenton Avenue from Juniper Street to 12th Street/Vicksburg Avenue: Intermittent closures under flagging for paving.
  • Portland Avenue from Ninth Street to First Street: Full road closure, local access only starting Nov. 12, lasting through winter. Detour to use Ninth Street to Newport Avenue to Wall Street.

• Midtown Crossing Project (Second Street work) – A multiphase project that will replace the water main from Greenwood Avenue to Franklin Avenue in preparation for the full reconstruction occurring next spring. Phase 2 – 4 occurs from Oct. 21 – Spring 2025. Northbound lane closure with local access will occur in its entirety. Current road section work listed below.   • Second Street between NE Irving Avenue and NE Greeley Avenue.

• The intersection of SE Parrell Road and SE Rae Road will have infrastructure work and paving, three-way flagging at the intersection, Nov. 12 – 13, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• SW Century Drive between SW Simpson Avenue and SW Colorado Avenue for a mini roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, Sept. 9 – Nov. 15.

• NW Harriman Street between NW Kearney Avenue and NW Greenwood Avenue for infrastructure work associated with the Deschutes County Courthouse, full road closure, began julio 24.

Cierres de carreteras previstos:

• NW Crossing Tree Lighting (special event) – Special event occurring Dec. 5, 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.. Full road closure with detour (listed below).
  • NW Crossing Drive between Mount Washington Drive and NW Fort Clatsop Street (Circle).
