The City of Bend will hold a public hearing before the Hearings Officer on Martes, noviembre 12, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend.

LOCATION: The subject property is located at the south end of Hidden Ridge Drive in the River’s Edge Village Planned Unit Development (PUD).  It contains 14.4 acres, and is further identified as Tax Lot 2400 on Assessor’s Map 17-12-20CD, together with a portion of Tax Lot 102 on Assessor’s Map 17-12-20C and a portion of Tax Lot 103 on Assessor’s Map 17-12-29B.

REQUEST:  The applicant is requesting Tentative Plan approval for a 3-phase, 67-lot subdivision in the Residential Standard Density (RS) zone to be known as River’s Edge Village, Phases 19, 20 & 22.  Note: This project is subject to a statutory development agreement adopted by the Bend City Council pursuant to ORS 94.504-528.
