REQUEST: The applicant is requesting Tentative Plan approval for a 3-phase, 67-lot subdivision in the Residential Standard Density (RS) zone to be known as River’s Edge Village, Phases 19, 20 & 22. Note: This project is subject to a statutory development agreement adopted by the Bend City Council pursuant to ORS 94.504-528.
