Neighborhood District Meeting Request Form

We’re here to support your program by sharing updates on City projects and Council Goals, and providing information that’s relevant to your neighborhood.

A few important notes:

• Please submit your request at least four weeks in advance of your event to allow adequate time for staff scheduling and coordination.
• To help streamline communication, please coordinate all requests through René Mitchell in Communications and Engagement rather than reaching out to staff directly.
• Please designate a single point of contact from your district to help ensure clear and consistent communication.
