McKay Park Parking District
The City of Bend has created a parking district near McKay Park to help improve access for residents, businesses, and park users.
McKay Park and the Bend Whitewater Park are very popular destinations, and they attract a large number of visitors each year. Parking in the surrounding neighborhoods is often crowded, so the City of Bend and Bend Park and Recreation District have a program that sets a four‑hour parking limit in key areas. The goal is to reduce long-term parking, improve turnover, and help keep access open for residents, businesses, and park users.
